General understanding

I try to give my understanding about the purpose of each of us in our society. For a long time, I seek to know how I can facilitate the relationship among people in society. Our society divide us according to our race, gender, geographic location, level of education and income. In reality, we are the same people in the society we live in. The strength of our society is the interaction between people to form a community. We should build relationships with each other to understand others fears, feeling, and wishes.

As a leader in our society, my goal is the facilitate the relationships between people. When we consider others opinions and seek to understand them, we will improve the living condition of many people just by listening to them and have an understanding about what they are telling. We could bridge the gap between the differences. Many people may think that their society is in the center of the universe and this is due to the fact that they have not been interacting this with other people from different backgrounds. It is important that we interact with others from different background to understand differences that exist between us.

My own life experiences push me to understand others from different background. I was in between many different cultures, ethnic group in West Africa. People who I was interacting with have different opinions about things. Many things were different from one cultures to another. I started to quickly adjust myself to be a wise person and understand their point of view about things. I had many differences with my friends when we were younger we would play soccer. This was due to differences between education we receive at home. By being open with my friends, I started learning and understanding the differences. I understood that we are all the same people but that we all have some differences due to cultures, education from parents and different life styles.

So, my purpose is to develop leaders who will bridge the gap between differences. When we will start understanding differences, people will start helping others more. By doing so we can reduce the inequality that exist among of people. Many people in our society remain happy even though they don’t have a lot of monetary wealth. These people remain happy because they can interact with others for free. Imagine if we have to pay people in order to interact with them. Many people who do not have money will not be able to interact with people. We have a society in which we interact for free without paying money but the cost become the differences which withdraw some people to interact with others.

Being poor doesn’t necessarily mean not have enough money to satisfy the minimum basic needs to satisfy certain living conditions. People can be poor because of the lack of ability to interact with others, lack of knowledge of the society, and the lack of ability to understand others. Today we need money to pay for things we need, and people become more concern about making money than interacting with others folks. It is true that people who do not have money can’t buy anything and tend to struggle in the society but when they have a great relationship with people this can be a huge factor in improving their living condition. This show connection with many people in our society is important for each of us. People who do not have money can’t buy anything unless it has been given to them. Many people can have things they want just because they know people who can offer to them free.
